HOLIDAY 2023 GIFT IDEAS - Bridge Run Training @ Carolina Park

We are bringing the 2024 Bridge Run training to 29466!  

Blue Sky Endurance at Carolina Park 10K group run training for the Bridge Run begins Saturday, January 20, 2024.  Meet the Coaches Info Session will be Tuesday, Jan. 16th at 6:30pm.

Group training days:

Tuesdays at 6:30pm 

Saturdays at 8 am

Each runner will receive:

• An 11 week training plan based on your goals for the Bridge Run - just finish or set a new personal best.
• Monthly “Chalk Talks” covering important subjects from nutrition, injury prevention and mental health.
• Blue Sky Endurance Race Day singlet
• Experienced and RRCA certified run coaches
• Post Bridge Run Race Day Party 

Cost = $150 

Kids 12+ train free with a parent and must be able to comfortably run 2 miles.
