She Tris Aquathon 7 week training program is geared to train athletes ranging from first time splasher all the way to PR mermaid to compete in the She Tris Aquathon October 14th.

The program will include both high intensity and low impact strength training in and out of the pool. There will be a strong emphasis on fundamental swim and run technique and drills. We will be splitting into two training level groups the "First Time Splashers" and "PR Mermaids". Participants will recieve in store gear up discounts plus a free Blue Sky Endurance swim cap!
