This training plan is for the runner or runner wannabe that can’t commit to group training, but wants to train on their own with some guidance and coaching that is tailored to their individual goals and fitness level. After an initial meeting with the coach, you will work one on one virtually with the coach throughout your training cycle to keep you on track and get you to the start line ready to finish strong! The cost for the custom training is $100 per month. Select your duration based on how long you'd like to work with the coach!
