Which cycling shoe brands do you carry?
We carry cycling shoes from Shimano, Sidi, Louis Garneau and Pearl Izumi for road, triathlon, gravel and indoor riding.
What is the difference between road and gravel cycling shoes?
Road shoes have a smooth, stiff sole and three-bolt cleats. Gravel shoes have a treaded sole and two-bolt SPD-style cleats, so you can walk when you stop or push the bike.
What makes triathlon cycling shoes different?
Triathlon shoes such as the Shimano TR5 and TR9 and the Sidi T-4 Air have a wide opening, a single strap and a heel loop, so you can put them on quickly after the swim. Many also drain water.
Which cycling shoes work for spin classes and indoor trainers?
Indoor shoes such as the Shimano IC1, IC3 and IC5 and the Sidi Studio Air are built for spin bikes and home trainers. Check which cleat your bike's pedals use.
Do cycling shoes come with cleats?

How should cycling shoes fit?

Are expensive cycling shoes worth it?
Higher-end shoes use stiffer carbon soles and better closures, which help on long rides and in races. A well-fitting mid-range shoe is the better choice for most new riders.
