Blue Sky Endurance Carolina Park in Mount Pleasant, SC

Just wanted to share a great experience that we had at Blue Sky Endurance in the Park Bend plaza in NMtP! We ordered a pair of Kane’s online for my daughter, only to find the sizing was not what we expected. We saw that BSE stocked Kane’s so we went in to try some on for sizing. The young lady working at the register was incredibly helpful, pulling out 4 different sizes for my daughter to try. Once we found the right size, we started looking for color options and she even called the other MtP store to help my daughter find exactly what she was looking for. Unfortunately, BSE didn’t have the size/colorway in stock, but the young girl behind the counter went out of her way to order the size and color my daughter wanted because it wasn’t available for me to purchase direct from the website. She told me they’d be arriving at the store in “about a week”, and much to my surprise, I got a call exactly a week from the day to let me know the shoes were in. My daughter was beyond excited and is absolutely in love with her shoes. The woman working tonight when we picked them up was just as delightful! We had such a wonderful experience and will definitely be purchasing our next pair of Kane’s from Blue Sky Endurance!

Anna was very helpful today. I came in to discuss solutions for my plantar fasciitis and she was very kind and explained what all I could try for relief. I did the foot scan, tried new insoles, socks and supportive shoe options. Glad I came in!👟

Great customer service. They helped me pick a bike for my wife as a gift. Much better interaction than dealing with a big box store…
